Overview

Datox Pulse provides regulatory intelligence, monitoring, subscription, and agentic alerting services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can manage your preferences.

Information we collect

We may collect your email address, subscription preferences, selected regulators/topics, agent configurations, monitored source URLs, chat messages, alert delivery events, and technical usage information such as request metadata and error logs.

How we use information

We use information to deliver email alerts, manage subscriptions, verify email ownership, run monitoring agents, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support. We do not sell subscriber data.

AI processing

Datox Pulse may process official source documents, user instructions, and agent configurations with AI models to generate summaries, classifications, and alerts. AI-generated content should be reviewed against official sources where required.

Email preferences and unsubscribe

You can manage preferences or unsubscribe using secure links sent to your email. We store token hashes, not raw tokens, where practical.

Data retention

We retain account, subscription, agent, run, and audit records as needed to provide the service, support compliance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues.
